Vault access broken when using provisioning groups

Once moving to Provisioning using Azure AD and changing from 1Password groups to AD groups that get synced, we've had a few users who can't access the same vaults anymore. We replicated the permissions from the old groups to the new groups, but some are having issues where the vault names show up as a really long string

Happens for one person on the iPhone (but the browser works fine), but is broken for another user on their browser (but works on iPhone).
