Hello :)

Please return the memorization of the position of the program window.
Without this, using the program became uncomfortable and annoying.
It will be quite acceptable to see the return of this in the form of the optional “remember window position” setting.

    Hi @podkopaev,

    Thanks for writing in.

I've moved your thread to our Windows beta forum since you're using a beta version of 1Password for Windows.

We do remember the last used position of the main 1Password window, we haven't changed this.

Can you clarify what you're seeing?

    Hello)

This window opens next to the cursor, thereby the location of this window is different each time and it is from this that discomfort and inconvenience to use arise.

  • Hi @podkopaev,

That's intentional, the lock view is not the main window but it is used solely for unlocking, it then opens either the main window at the last used position or 1Password mini at your cursor. The change is because of how the security work now in 1Password 7.4, it terminates all processes after you unlock, including the lock view and then switches to a new unlocked main/mini window in a separate process. There isn't a way to animate one large window between two processes, so that's why we have a new lock unified view that's small and sits next to your cursor.

It was annoying at first for me too but it was very easy to adjust in a few days as well.

The lock view is small and designed to show up next to your cursor so you can easily access the buttons to trigger Hello or Secure Desktop to unlock. It's the same when you bring up 1Password mini via the keyboard shortcuts.
