Restoring 1Password account/membership
I purchased 1Password and the yearly subscription for $35.99. When I tried to login my Master Password did not work. I do not understand the point of the Secret Key if it does not allow you to access the account without the master password. Anyway after not being able to access nor find any instructions for changing Master Password without knowing the master password I have deleted my account but now in order to sign up for new acct new password etc my app wants me to purchase another subscription. Please send me step by step instructions for restoring my purchase as well as how to access this app
