Secret Key

I had a standalone account for a number of years which I used successfully. I then decided to upgrade to a family account, paid for that account, but now I’m on able to access anything. As far as I know I’ve never received a secret key email and I’ve checked all the download files on my computer and nothing exists. Why is it impossible to speak to someone to see how you can be assisted? I’ve sent emails but it sometimes takes days for a response this is just a joke and it’s so frustrating.
