I click on the 1Password icon in Safari on Mojave, nothing happens. Worked for a week, but no more?

Running Safari 13.0.5 on Mojave 10.14.5. When I first installed the browser extension, it worked fine, as far as I understand what that means. In particular, when I would left click on the 1Password icon in the Safari toolbar, a menu would open showing all of my passwords. Now left clicking on the icon does nothing.

1Password Version: 7.4.4 from the App Store
Extension Version: 7.4.4 from 1Password
OS Version: 10.14.5
Sync Type: No clue

    Hi @Jerry_K!

    I see that you asked the same question a couple of weeks ago, and you reported that the suggestions posted by my colleague Ben helped you. Have you by chance tried following those instructions?

    For example, I see from your first post that you are still using the 1Password app from the Mac App Store, but one of the suggestions was to try the app from our website instead. Have you tried that already?
