High CPU useage by windowserver process when 1P7 is locked

This issue still has not been addressed as far as I can tell. It was reported by others in October or November of last year.

When 1P7 is locked, not being used, at times (intermittently) windowserver process is using up to 15% of the CPU. As soon as I start 1P7, within five minutes the CPU useage by windowserver process is down to 0.1%. As recorded by iStat.

Any updates on a fix?

Oh, I use the stand-a-lone App.

We don't have any updates to share about this yet, but the issue is still on our radar, we haven't forgotten about it :+1:

Kinda seems like you have though? This is an issue well known to you for at least 6 months. It affects a lot of users. Is there anything you can say about the cause or any probable fix?
