Login data created on iPhone/iOS is often not saved. How is that possible?

Hi.
Often when I save login data on iOS, it is not saved. How is this possible?
I have 1Password synced to iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro.
By creating the same data on iPad and MacBook Pro, it saves correctly and syncs between devices.
If I do the same thing with iPhone, even if I save the data, it doesn't appear on any device, not even in the search.
Is that a fact you've already found?
Thank you.

Sincerely,
Alessandro Ciuffetti.

    Hi @79_ac

On each of your iOS devices should please check 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving. Then, on that same screen, see if the Vault for Saving is enabled. My suspicion would be that you have a 'Primary' vault configured on one or more of your devices. Please let me know if that is the case, as that is a problem we should address. :+1:

  • Hi, in the meantime, thanks for the very quick response!
    Great service.

Actually I think I solved it because all three devices were configured differently... Not only the parameters you mentioned, but above the Vault to be synchronized, i.e. the "personal" one and not the "main" one.
    Thank you very much!
