Hello 👋

I hope everyone around here is safe, along with their family members.

I am using 1Password (downloaded from App Store) on my iPhone. Instead of subscription, I am using “sync using iCloud” option.

Yesterday, I downloaded 1Password (from App Store) on my MacBook. I configured to used “iCloud” option on Mac as well.

Issue is, on Mac - all data store is read only 😐
I am not able to create new entries and/or modify/delete existing ones.

I am able to add new entries and make modifications via iPhone. It gets sync back properly to Mac (but as read only)

How to make editable on Mac as well.

Thank you! I believe we are for the most part. I hope the same for you.

The App Store version of 1Password for Mac is subscription only. To use 1Password 7 for Mac with a license you'd need a 1Password 7 for Mac license (licenses for previous versions do not apply), and you'd need to download directly from our website:

    https://1password.com/downloads

    I hope that helps! :)

    Thanks @Ben

Please help me with the link to buy license for Mac. Thanks.

    Also, cost in USD.

We no longer sell licenses through our website, so there is no link. The recommended way to purchase and use 1Password is through membership:

    About 1Password membership

That said, if you would prefer a license, one can be purchased within the 1Password 7 for Mac app when downloaded from our website. Current pricing will be shown in the app.

    Thanks!

    Ben
