Use same credential for several websites

Hello,
I've several websites all connected to Active Directory, so they all have same username/password.
I'm thinking of using one saved login instead of saving all website logins, and rechange all passwords if active directory ask me to create a new password.

but the problem is on another website, it wont to show me that suggestion:

    Thanks for the kind words. We'd be happy to help with this. In the case of multiple websites using the same account, you can add multiple website fields to your Login item. e.g.:
