I never received a Secret Key

  • The original problem description describes my issue today almost exactly. I don't think @brenty really understood what the problem was.

    I was trying to create a 1Password account so I could upgrade to 7 from 6 and get the Family plan. I didn't get through the sign-up process when I got the error message mentioned. When I try again, to get any further I need my "Secret Key" that I was never given because I didn't get that far. But without the Secret Key I can't use my email address to continue the process.

    I already desired a 1Password.com membership. That is what I was trying to get.
