My 1P will not add my paid work vaults into Chrome

I have both a free personal account and a paid work account. BUT my Chrome 1P is not showing my paid work account passwords... yet when I try to add the paid work account in Chrome, I get an error message saying (sic) that "my browser is not compatible, please use Chrome or XYZ..."??!! Pls support

    Hey @heyhoe30! 👋

    Thanks for getting in touch. We've seen that same error message reported by a few other people, and in each case they had a browser extension that was interfering a bit. Do you have any browser extensions besides 1Password installed, and in particular Google Tag Manager?

    If so, try disabling that extension and see if that addresses the problem. We're looking into a change we may be able to make on our side to work around the issue, but one customer reported that just reinstalling Google Tag Manager did the trick.
