I have renewed and my account is still frozen

Hello, I renewed my subscription through Apple App Store and my account is still frozen. The app says "applying purchase to account" and actually does nothing. I've already contacted you via email, but I don't have an answer, so I write this thread to know whether you can handle billing problem in this weekend.
