Eingefrorenes Konto vom MAC löschen
Ich habe 1Password einen Monat ausprobiert (Konto 1). Dieses Konto ist jetzt eingefroren. Ich habe mich mit einem neuen kostenpflichtigen Konto angemeldet (Konto 2). Jetzt möchte ich das Konto 1 löschen. Wie funktioniert das?

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert.
Wenn ich mich mit dem eingefrorenen Konto auf der 1Password Website anmelde (Email und Secret Key) kommt die Meldung dass der Key nicht gültig ist.
Mit dem aktuellen „Konto 2“ kann ich mich einloggen - jedoch kann ich dann nur dieses Konto dauerhaft löschen. Das eingefrorene Konto 1 wird nicht angezeigt.
in meiner 1Password App auf dem Mac werden aber beide Konten angezeigt und ich sehe hier keine Möglichkeit das eingefrorene Konto 1 zu löschen.0 -
