Unable to unsubscribe an account

I'm trying to unsubscribe from my personal account (my employer started using Teams, yay!), but the unsubscription form claims that my master password is incorrect. I even resorted into putting the master password in clipboard, verified that it unlocked 1Password, and still got the error.

This isn't a huge deal for me as I have an expired credit card there anyway, but still probably need some investigation / user education :)

    Are you able to login to your account on 1Password.com (https://my.1password.com) in a browser, using this Master Password?

    Thank you for the confirmation. And is this happening once you are on your Billing page? Is that the form you are referring to?

  • No, this happens inside 1Password Beta, when I click Account -> Manage Subscription -> Billing Settings -> Unsubscribe. On the web page I was able to unsubscribe without any issues (sorry, I'm no longer able to test the app unsubscription due to that...).
