I downloaded app, am being charged, but never set up acct. How do I get started?

I downloaded the app. I don't remember purchasing but am being charged each month. I didn't set up an acct. I registered (just now) to see if I could proceed from there, but I don't see anything to help me get started. What do I need to do? Thank you.
