RBC Mobile App - when signing into the RBC mobile app on my iphone the 1password logins not showing
On my iphone, when I try to sign into the RBC mobile banking app, I can launch 1password but for some reason it doesn't recognize any of my logins. Other banking apps on my iphone seem to work fine with 1password (i.e. I can use 1password to log in). On my desktop app I can log into RBC fine. In addition, when I launch the 1password app on my iphone it has all my logins including the RBC mobile app login.
Any help would be appreciated......

1Password looks at the associated domains of an app to know which logins to show you for it. In this case, it looks like the RBC app has not implemented this feature (unlike other banking apps on your phone). I suggest you reach out to them and ask them to do this, so 1Password will be able to correctly connect your mobile app with the relevant Login item.
