After recovery, cannot sign in to, or delete Account...

Hello there,
i recovered an account of a costumer today as admin. After setting a new password and downloading the new secret key, i wanted to sign in again on the costumers computer. But i cannot login, that is clear, the old secret key is still in the But how can i replace the secret key. I cannot delete the account, nor add anew on... buttons are greyed out..

    Hi @billardal! Welcome to the forum!

    It sounds like you might have to start over in the 1Password app because it's still keeping the old account information there. Please follow the guide I have linked to and you will be able to add the account using the new credentials.
