Remove/change ctrl + ' for starting 1password? win10

There is a preset short cut for starting 1password in win10. This is highly disturbing, cause it is disturbing my VS Code short cuts.
However, it seems not to be set like normal win shortcuts.

You can customize the default keyboard shortcuts if you don't like them. To do so, please open 1Password and choose 1Password > Settings, then click General.
