Chrome extenstion not working

Hello.
I've purchased 1 password family version a few years ago.
Firefox extension is working but Chrome extension is not working.
The error occurred when login or clicking extension button.
How do i solve the problem?

This is my Chrome and 1 password version.





1Password Version:_4.6.2.626
_Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro
Sync Type: ??

    I see that you used 1Password 4 for Windows, so I moved this conversation to the 1Password 4 category of our forum. I hope you don't mind.

    As for the question at hand: Google changed their certificate used for code signing back in February 2019 and you can learn more about it here:

    1Password 4 doesn't support Chrome 72 or later (but 1Password 7 does!)
