Can't Sign Into 1Password Using 1Password.com Account On Windows App

I have been using 1Password for many years now. I have just renewed my SC & MP like I do every 6 months and de-auth all my devices, the problem is I now can't use the Windows program whatsoever. Each and every time I open 1Password, it shows the sign in screen, I choose the "Sign into 1Password.com" option, the program window then disappears entirely. It is running as a process and stays in the windows tray. When going to the tray, and double clicking 1Password, it shows the login screen again. There is no way to sign in without the program minimizing to the tray. I am a Systems engineer so I have a strong technical background. I can't get this to work. I have tried uninstalling from the Windows control panel and new metro app center. I have tried then deleting the LocalAppData directory in its entirety. I have even tried manually going through and removing any Reg keys associated with 1Password, then reinstalling. The same thing occurs. Please help as I rely heavily on 1Password and don't want to be using the web app.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have just emailed the requested diagnostics report to the email supplied at 14:52 BST. I have not received an automatic reply with a ticket number yet so I can't post it here.

    Also, I thought it worth mentioning that when I do a clean install now it does not appear in the start menu.
