First unlock after starting application is really slow

Hi,

I've been a Mac 1P user for years but only recently bought a license for the Windows version. Although the Mac version can take a few seconds to initially unlock, the Windows version hangs for about 30s when unlocking my vault the first time after it is run. Subsequent unlocks take less than 1s.

Is this normal?

I'm running v1.0.9.319 on Windows 7 SP1 (64bit) through Dropbox. I have ~1000 items across the various categories.

    If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report?

    Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com
