Dropbox synching
i am trying to synch from my pc to my ipad and iphone. If I go into dropbox there is already a 1password file there but it is over a year old. If i go into 1password general preferences the option to move to dropbox is not highlighted so I can't choose it. I have a sneaking suspicion that these files have not been synched for over a year - how do I do this?

Is all of your data in 1Password? If so, you probably don't need to merge anything.
To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report?
Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com
