Backup questions

I use Time Machine to backup my Mac. I'm also using Dropbox to synch the database from my Mac to my Android. In between Time Machine backups, it is my understanding that 1Password also backs up the database file locally to my Mac so if anything ever happened to the file in my Dropbox folder it could be restored locally.

  1. Is this correct?
  2. If anything ever happened to my my Mac and my Time Machine backup, and my Dropbox file, is it also stored locally on my Android so that it could somehow be synched back?

Thanks.

    1. Yep. If you are using the Time Machine defaults, your data along with the local backups are backed up to your Time Machine drive.
    2. Yep. But of course, we recommend using an offsite backup solution like CrashPlan, Backblaze, etc. in addition to your onsite backup (TIme Machine) since Dropbox is for syncing not backup. :)
