Cloud Sharing in Parallels Desktop 9 and 1Password (Windows/OS X)

I use the new Parallels 9 DropBox Sync feature to safe (a lot) space and and I wonder if this is safe when I choose the .agilekeychain file under Windows from my synced DropBox folder?

So both 1Password application will access the same file at the same time, unless Parallels has some detection/protection to prevent data loss.

Or has anyone used this for some time without problems?

From what I understand, this feature creates a network share on Windows that is mapped to your Dropbox folder on your Mac. This mapped network drive provides access to your Dropbox folder on your Mac (without the need to install Dropbox on Windows).

While I assume this will "just work", there are a few drawbacks. For example: 1Password for Windows will not detect your Dropbox folder because Dropbox itself is not installed on Windows. As a result, 1Password for Windows cannot auto-detect your 1Password data.

Not, it doesn't detect it. But I can choose it. (until now I haven't set it up)

The question is what happens when I have 1Password open under OS X and Windows at the same time? Big bang? (data lost)

Probably I make a Backup and test it.....
