Missing Data File

Hi, I'm having trouble with 1Password on my Dropbox account. I am only able to unlock my 1Password account from Dropbox after I enter my password three times. Once it's open, I receive a message that says, "A key data file could not be loaded and 1PasswordAnywhere cannot continue without it." How do I trouble shoot this problem? Is there a way to uninstall 1Password on Dropbox and re-install it?

    I'm sorry you're having that problem, @rcsingleton. Two questions:

    • What browser are you using to view the 1Password.html file?

    • Are you opening the copy on your local hard drive or on the Dropbox web site?

    Please make sure that…

    1. you are using Chrome or Firefox or Safari (not IE)
    2. your 1Password data is named "1Password.agilekeychain" (no quotes)
    3. you have repaired your 1Password data (File > Repair 1Password Data)
    4. you open your 1Password data from the Dropbox web site (not the Dropbox folder on your PC)
