I can't 'move to dropbox' on Windows

I have read and read & have tried and tried and still can not get it to work. I have looked 700 times and the file is not in dropbox. When I look in preferences under dropbox I do not see anything about home file. Please help.

@Jacki3, I'm sorry you're having trouble with Dropbox setup.

I'm assuming you have Dropbox installed on your PC. If so, please try this:

In 1Password, please press Ctrl+P to display the preferences window, and choose the General tab.

Is the Move to Dropbox button enabled? That is, can you click it? If so, please do—that'll move your 1Password data folder into the Dropbox folder hierarchy on your computer, so Dropbox can start copying it up to your private Dropbox web site.

If the button is not enabled—if you can't click it—that means your 1Password data folder is already within the Dropbox folder hierarchy on your computer. You can confirm that by noting the full path and filename shown in the 1Password Data Folder field, just above the "move" button.

I hope that helps, @jacki3. Please let us know how it goes.
