in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi. I have problem with 3.7.2 sync.
On my iPhone I have 3.7.2 with all my passwords. I also have an iPad with new 1Password 4.3.2.
I need to sync passwords on iPhone with password on iPad.

My iPhone 1Password is so old version so:
Sync with dropbox on iPhone does not work.
Wi-fi sync on iPhone does not work.

I only can back up Database from Backup&Restore function.
I have 1ptbackup file, how I can add this file to ma iPad?

    Hi Anton,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting your data synced up. Unfortunately, the Backup and Restore function can only be restored to 1Password 3 for iOS. But we do have a few options to get your data transferred to your iPad:

    If your iPhone is capable of using iOS6+

    • Install 1Password 4 on your iPhone from App Store > Updates > Purchases
    • Open 1Password and select "I've used 1Password before" and import from previous version

    If you have a Mac (or access to a Mac)

    • Download a trial of 1Password 3 if you don't already have it
    • Use Wi-Fi sync to sync your data to your Mac
    • Save your 1Password database to Dropbox
    • When you open 1Password 4 for iOS for the first time, select "I've used 1Password before" and sync with Dropbox.

    Please let me know if either of these options work for you!
