Sharing vaults with others.

I have my 1pw for mac sharing using iCloud with my iPhone. Works great, thank you. What i want to do now is share a vault with my co workers. We have a shared file system, and was hoping to use that the way iCloud or dropbox work. I can't figure out how to do this. (I don't care to share by obfuscation. I don;t trust that email is secure at all.) Any ideas would be appreciated. tia -Paul
