1 Password doesn't work on my wife's account. Same computer (iMac)

1 password works fine when I am in my account. But when I switch to my wife's account with 1Password mini doesn't work. It doesn't show the website that I am logged onto. When I click on the password mini, 1Password opens up showing the list of items to choose from. If I click on "logins" it shows the whole list. But if I click on the item I want to open, It take me to the initial webpage, and not to the sign in page.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. I just want to make sure I am understanding the situation correctly:

    • Are you referring to two separate user accounts on the Mac, or two separate vaults in 1Password?
    • Do you and your wife share a 1Password database, or do you each have your own?
    • Do you have the browser extensions downloaded from here: extension download page

    Once I have a bit more detail about the situation, it will be a lot easier to help you sort it out. :)
