    I've added a lot of custom icons on my Mac, but can't seem to get them on neither the iPhone or the iPad.

    Is this the expected behaviour? If so, do you plan on implementing custom icons sync?

    Hi @rapcal,

    We do support custom icon sync between Mac and iOS. However, you need version 4.0 (or later) on Mac and version 4.3 (or later) on iOS.

    What versions of 1Password are you using?

    Hi @JasperP‌

    Latest on both. 4.5.1 on iOS and 4.4 on OSX. My custom icons were created on the previous version of 1Password for Mac, though. Is it a problem?

    Hi @rapcal,

    I don't believe that custom icons were imported from version 3 to version 4.

    Are you possibly using icons from our image server?

    On your Mac, go to 1Password 4 > Preferences... > General and toggle the Use rich icons option. Does unchecking that option cause your icons to disappear? If so, they aren't custom icons, but rather the default icons from our image server.
