.opvault disable/enable sync - dropbox merge warning - zero item in dropbox vault.

Currently synced to dropbox using .opvaul. Regular sync progress ok without issue.

However, if I disable dropbox sync and then re-enabe it I get a warning that the two vaults are different.

More info shows that 1PW thinks the dropbox version has zero items.

    Thanks @rolfl, this is a known issue when syncing .opvault files that we're hoping to fix.
