1 Password 4 syncs between my iMac and my MacBook Air, but no longer syncs with my iPad Mini. Why?

1 Password 4 syncs between my iMac and my MacBook Air, but no longer syncs with my iPad Mini. Why? Am I supposed to upgrade on my iPad Mini? I don't see a new version in the App Store.

    Could you please let me know what version of 1Password you have on your iPad mini?

    If you're not sure, just let me know which icon you see on your home screen from the following image: A, B, C or D?
