Hello,

I just reinstalled Mavericks, and now i moved the "old" Application Support folder "1Password" to the correct place in my home folder. But when i try to start 1Password, it shows me this error message:

AGDatabaseError
Exception: Verschlüsselungsdatei vorhanden, kann aber nicht von 'file://localhost/Users/myusername/Library/Application%20Support/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys' geladen werden.

I try to translate it into english.
Exception: Encryption file existing, but not loadable by
'file://localhost/Users/myUsername/Desktop/Recovered%20Files/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys'.

What is wrong with my file?
I can't see any of my passwords and i really need them. :(

Hope somebody can help me. If I get my passwords back, i'll switch to the new version, promised! ;)

    Hi @macmac512,

I'm so glad to hear that you got your data back! Those backups are quite handy, aren't they? ;) Since this issue is nicely sorted out now, I'll close this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to open a new thread, or email us directly at support@agilebits.com - we're here for you. :)
