1 PW is not asking to save new login.

I have 1PW Ver 4.4.1 on my Mac OS 10.9.4. The program has stopped asking to save the login information when I visit a new web site for the first time. I have double checked preferences and everything seems to be the same as before this problem started. Any suggestions?

    There is a knowledge base article here called "Auto-save not offered". Does anything in it help with your problem?

    In addition to what @Stephen_C‌ linked to, make sure your 1Password extension is still installed and/or enabled.

    Thanks, everything seems to be selected correctly and working. I will continue to work with it.

    Hi @1NoahTN‌,

    Another thing could be if you have nay third party anti-virus, firewalls, VPNs, or Proxies installed. If so, make sure 127.0.0.1 is whitelisted, as it could be blocking communication between the extension and 1Password mini.
