Login to multiple web-sites
we 've a bunch of internal websites with the following structure
All sites are connected with our active directory so every has the same username and password.
Until today I've a 1password entry for every single site, but now we have to change the password every 3 months and I've to change it for every single entry. I tried to create a "master login" with wildcards like http://*.mycompany.com, but that doesn't work!
Question 1 : why not?
I read sth in the forum, that there are "linked accounts" planned for version 4, I've got Version 4 but I don't find "linked accounts"
Question 2 : where do I find them?
I tried to enter multiple url into the url field like:
http://.mycompany.com
http://.mycompany.com
...
http://.mycompany.com
But that doesn't work!
Question 3 : why not?
And Question 4:
Does anyone know how to solve that? There is no search and replace for passwords, there is no possibility to link entrys, there is no possibility to put wildcards into the url...
I'm happy for every kind of help!

You cannot use wildcards in Login items, but you can use wildcards in domain matching: File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins > domain matching

Please turn ON this setting: File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins > Lenient URL matching
There is no search and replace for passwords
Here's how you can seach for passwords:
- Press Ctrl+F
- click on the drop-down arrow before the search input
- click on: "Search All Fields"

Question 3: You need to turn on the Lenient URL Matching option on the Preferences > Logins tab.
