Hi,
I want to make an account for my emplyyess.
How can I hide the Passwords - so they can use it without getting the psswords.

    Anyone you want to be able to use your 1Password data will have to have your master password for the vault you share with them, and the master password will give them full access to that data, just as you have.

    You can enable the View > Conceal Passwords command to "hide" the passwords, but they can use the same toggle to "unconceal" them.
