Chrome Extension

Options

I recently had an issue with Chrome and had to uninstall all my extensions, including 1password.

Now, I am trying to re-install it and can't. If I try this through the agilebits website I get the message:

"There was an error installing the Chrome extension. Please try again or contact us for assistance."

And if i try through the Google Web store I get a different message:

"An error has occurred. Network_Failed."

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Install it through the 1Password app's preferences window > browsers tab.

    Thanks Richard,

    Unfortunately that didn't work either. Clicking the install button in the preferences just launches chrome and loads the same agilebits web page. I still get the same error.

    Any other options?

    I have the same problem. None of the suggestions for installing the extensions work. Everything says network error. And one place says please contact us. And the only way to contact AgileBits is through the discussions. I'd like a better help system.

    One customer reported this "solution" to me:

    1. Un-install Chrome
    2. Restart your computer
    3. Run CCleaner (to eliminate any files left after uninstall)
    4. Re-instal Chrome
