web site looks different on iPad than on PC [not 1Password-related]

I have just created a Web site for our hobby and on my Windows7 PC it looks fine. However, when I call it up on my iPad4, (not the latest version 8) the loop of photographs on the Welcome page 'flickers'. I have tried editing of the Wix site by increasing the time each image is displayed, but the iPad version still flickers.

Ahhhhhhhhh. Sorry, perhaps it isn't. Just thought iPad - PC . Perhaps wrong thinking. Sorry.
