Scrolling Weirdness on First Edit of New Item

1. Create a new Server item and tap done.
2. Edit the new item and scroll toward bottom, the graphics suddenly jump as new fields are introduced at the bottom of the item.

After the first edit this no longer happens.

A minor cosmetic issue but does make you think something is wrong and might cause a user to doubt integrity of the app.
