Can't upgrade from version 3 to version 5 on a new computer

Hi, Could you please help.
I used to use 1 Password version 3 on my old computer and have my licence.
I have installed the trial version 5 on my new computer & wish to upgrade my licence.
I have tried to install my licence key in the upgrade box but it does not work.
Could someone please tell me the price & how to upgrade from version 3 to 5.

I was able to find your license information in our system, and I had it resent to the email address associated with your forum account. To see your upgrade options, click the following link and enter the license code from that email: https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade
