Master Password not working/syncing after reinstall

Hello,

I just changed hard drives and backed up my 1Password data into Dropbox using the data stored on my iPhone. I've reinstalled 1Password 5 on my mac, but it is telling me that my master password is incorrect - however, I'm using that master password on my iphone with no issue (I know the password is correct as I'm copy and pasting from a text field). The exact message I'm getting is "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile."

    I'm sorry to hear you're getting that error when trying to get it set up on the new hard drive!

    You might get that error if Dropbox has not yet copied the entire keychain file to your Mac. In that case, it should work correctly once Dropbox has had time to completely sync the keychain to the local Dropbox folder. Have you tried again to set up Dropbox sync in 1Password 5 on your Mac? If you're still having the same problem, please let us know some more details about the steps you're taking to set it up on your Mac, and exactly what you see. Thanks!
