URL That the App doesn't work on

What's the best way to escalate a URL to the dev team for a web page that doesn't trigger your app to save username and password?

Its this: http://www.ureach.com/login.html (click login top right)

Also this page which is nothing more than a login page, does not trigger the popup:

The only solution I've been able to create is to get past that page by failing a login attempt to see this page:

...where a simple Login item containing the minimum information seems to work:

I'll report it to Dev, in case there's anything we can do to improve the extension's ability to save a Login item for this site.
