License Problem - Already paid for 1Password previously - Can't find my license
Hello. I paid for 1Password a long time ago. I bought it in the app store but I've had it installed on both my iPhone and Mac for months now. All of a sudden I'm getting a "Trial has ended" message and I'm it has me surprised. I remember paying like $10-15 under some promotion back when I first read about 1Password being launched. I was never lead to believe that I was under some trail. So what exactly did I pay for? And why are you now trying to surprise me with a $50 price tag to repurchase application? Please correct this mistake.

Please let us know if that post helped at all. It sounds like the point of confusion here is over our per platform licensing. If you purchased 1Password for iOS then the licence would entitle you to load 1Password for iOS on any device that uses the same Apple ID as you used at the time of purchase. It doesn't cover you on other platforms though such as Mac or Windows. I apologise for the confusion.
