Old licenses

There is means on the AgileBits site to request sending of old licenses. In my case, the request works fine, but I don't get the promised email! I would like to ask for receiving this mail again but on another address. How may I do that? I could not find any support address on AgileBits site to ask for help.

    Make sure to include relevant info like Name, email both past and present, copy of an old receipt, or any other information that will prove you are indeed the license holder.

    You should get an automated reply from the email system. Make sure to post the ticket number back here, so the staff can connect the dots so to speak.

    I just re-sent your licenses from our back office system, and it didn't give any errors. Maybe check your junk mail?

    If you still can't find it, please send us an email (like thightower mentioned) with another address and we can send there instead. :)
