Difficulty when logging in to ios app

I am having problem when trying to log in to ios app. I see the 1password logo in the password field when I try to log i. I click on it and it takes me to blank screen with 1password logo in center of screen. I know I have the password defined within 1password as it works on osx.

Any ideas why it does not work in ios?

    Are you having trouble unlocking the 1Password app with your master password, or is this a problem when trying to use the 1Password extension in Safari on iOS?

    If you're trying to use the 1Password extension in Safari and see a blank page, please take a look at this User Guide article. Does that help?

    Or if you're having a problem when trying to unlock the main 1Password app, please give us some more details about exactly what happens when you open it and enter your master password. Thanks!
