I bought 1Password 5 for Mac, I have a license, it's in 1Password and it's also showing up as registered when I click on 1Password > License. However, in the upper right hand corner of the app, I'm seeing 'Trial Expired'. I've tried to re-add the license, but this doesn't do anything. I couldn't find a way to contact agilebits, so I'm trying the forum.

    The forum is currently the best way to get support. The AgileBits staff monitor the forums regularly, and should be along soon.

    Most people who get the "trial expired" message turn out not to have purchased a license. But in your case something odd seems to have happened, as it shows as registered when you click on License. Support will be forthcoming, that's for sure.

    Hi @javaporter,

    We realise that some places have user-only forums but we do actively monitor the forums and do our level best to ensure every thread has been reviewed by us, even if it's just to say that the advice given by another user is correct.

    Can I ask, have you tried a reboot at all?
