Can't use multiple urls to log into site

I have a coorporate account that I use accross multiple internal sites at my company.
I have added urls to all these sites to the same 1Password login item, thinking I could manage the password in one place but use it to log into multiple sites.
There is no way I can get this to work, using Chrome in Windows with the 1Password 4.2 extension.
The login item does not show up when I'm on a partucular site and if I try to search for the login and enter it then it takes me to the first url in the list (of multiple urls) and logs me in.
What am I doing wrong?

In the main app, go into Preferences > Logins and turn on Lenient URL matching.
