Can't unlock my vault in Windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

1Password works fine on my mac, iPad and iPhone. I also have a windows PC which usually works fine too but today, logging on for the first time on this PC for several weeks, iPassword will not open. The dialogue box says 'incorrect password' but it isn't incorrect, it's the same password that works on all my other devices.

How can I fix this please?

    @johnebooth - Can you make sure you are opening the correct vault. On the unlock screen click on File > Reopen 1Password Vault and check the path of the 1Password vault. Is there more than one choice?
