in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I can't upgrade Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) to version 3.8.22 (build #32010). I keep getting the error "an error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again."

    @Steezie because your problem relates exclusively to 1P3 for Mac I've moved your post to the 1P3 for Mac forum where you'll get more help.

    Hi @Steezie,

    We can get this straightened out for you!

    • Quit 1Password.
    • Open your /Applications folder and drag the 1Password application to the Trash. Do *not* use any app cleaners.
    • Go to our downloads page and scroll to the bottom for the Legacy versions of 1Password and download a fresh copy.
    • Install this fresh copy in your /Applications folder and you should be good to go!
