my license key is saying not valid??

I had to reinstall i password when I reformatted and it's saying key is not valid.

    states in about that demo mode expire august 9, 2011

    Hi @Caiapfas,

    I've edited your original post to remove your private information, please do not post any private information on a public forum.

    As for your license key, please try copying and pasting your license key into 1Password. If you purchased your license after 2012, then the key should work in 1Password 4.

    If not, does you license key start with 1PWW-? If yes, you have an old license key that will not work in 1Password 4 and you should contact us at support+forum@agilebits.com as Laura mentioned.
